3D Printing FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About 3D Printing
What is 3D printing?
3D printing is a manufacturing process that creates three-dimensional objects by building them layer by layer from digital designs. Our prints are made using high-quality materials to ensure durability and detail.
What materials are used for 3D prints?
We use premium PLA and PETG filaments for most of our prints. PLA is eco-friendly and great for decorative items, while PETG offers enhanced durability and heat resistance for functional pieces.
How long does 3D printing take?
Print times vary based on size and complexity. Small items may take 2-4 hours, while larger or more detailed pieces can take 12-24 hours or more. We'll provide estimated production times for each product.
Can I customize my 3D print?
Yes! Many of our products offer customization options including color choices and size variations. Contact us for special custom requests.
How do I care for my 3D printed item?
Clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid exposure to high heat (above 140°F/60°C for PLA) and direct sunlight for extended periods. Handle with care as some detailed parts may be delicate.
Will my print look exactly like the photos?
Our photos accurately represent the products, though slight variations in color and finish may occur due to the 3D printing process. Each item is unique!
What if my item arrives damaged?
We package all items carefully, but if damage occurs during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
